May Month 3 on #keto (low carb, high fat) Down 27.5 lbs (9.9 lbs this month).
This month I had only one incident of “cheating”. Cherries are in season and I am weak. I ate most of a bag of cherries all by myself over two days..and I got the WORST carb hangover from it. I think I’ve also figured out that I was getting too much protein and have seen good results from cutting back on that. Lastly, I figured out that I can do SCA events and see only a minimal upward blip on the graph (mostly from not drinking enough water).
The last time I was this weight was just before Fearghus won Coronetabout 9 months ago.
I’ve lost 0.1 inches off my waist, 0.8 inches off my hips, 0.5 inches off my upper thigh and 0.8 inches off my upper arms. Tiny changes but changes none-the-less.
