June Month 4 on #keto (low carb, high fat) Down 33.9 lbs (6.4 lbs this month).
This month I had only three incidents of “cheating”. I ate WAY too much (and a couple oreos.. and half a hard apple cider) at our pool party (6/10).. and then 2 days later I ate way too much when we had our roleplaying group over. Then, yesterday I craved something sweet and ate 10 chocolate chips. The first two incidents account for the gain shown near the beginning of the month. The chocolate chips just gave me a headache and made me sick to my stomach. I knew better.
The last time I was this weight was just after our last round of HcG in April of last year.
This month I lost 0.25 inches off my neck, 0.125 inches off my waist, 0.75 inches off my hips, 0.5 inches off my upper thigh and 0.75 inches off my upper arms. All of my pants are falling off. I think I’ll see if I can add a drawstring to my capris before we leave for the weekend.
